ATTENTION
Please read the following conditions carefully:

• The information requested in the order form will be used to emit the corresponding bill and must be the same as the official address. If you wish for the order to be sent to a different address to that stated in the form, and therefore, different to the official address,  please indicate the new destination in the comments section (last field of the form).
• Regarding that stated in the Authorised Personal Data Handling Law (L.O. 15/1999), CYPE informs the user of the existence of an automated personal data file that has been created which the company is responsible for. The company also informs users’ right to deny access, rectify or cancel the personal data according to that established in the aforementioned Law. The user authorises CYPE to use the identified personal data introduced in the forms of the web-page in an automated manner, for  those purposes directly indicated in the contract between CYPE and the user and complying with the conditions stated in the contract. Likewise, the client authorises CYPE to forward the aforementioned data to companies with whom CYPE collaborates or participates and to any third parties with relation to the product distribution channels, whose intervention may be necessary to satisfy the purposes agreed upon in this contract.
• All correspondence shall be sent by courier.
• Mail expenses will be paid by the purchasing party, except those orders containing CYPECAD. Those clients whose mailing address is the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla will have the corresponding taxes applied to them, which are not reflected in the total cost of this order and will have to be paid upon receipt of the package.
• Return costs, if the case arises, will be paid by the buyer.
• A copy of the order will be sent to the indicated e-mail. If your e-mail manager does not support HTML format, it is probable that the order copy will appear illegible. In this case, a text copy can be requested at: marketing@cype.com.
• If the client is a company, in the Surname or Trade name field the name or trade name of the company should be indicated and in the First name or contact field, the first name and surname of the contact.
• If the client is an individual person, his or her surname should be indicated in the Surname or Trade name field and his or her first name in the First name or contact field.
• With the aim to complete the administrative and dispatch process as quickly as possible, please indicate whether or not you are a CYPE client. To do so, bear in mind the following: If your company is a client and the bill will be emitted to the company, indicate that YES, you are a client.
• If your company is a client but the bill is to be emitted to the person making the order, as an individual, indicate that NO, you are not a client.
• If it is your first order, indicate that NO, you are not a client.
• Only in the first case must you indicate your license number, which can be located within any program in the drop down menu Help/About…If you do not have any CYPE programs but have acquired other products (publications, etc) the client number can be found in any order bill emitted by CYPE.
